For agents and owners
List your property on Invest Global
Invest Global shows property listings next to the country data buyers use to decide where to look: price per square metre against the local median, gross yield where rent is given, and a country guide. If you are an agent or owner with real listings in a market we cover, we would like to show them.
- Free. Listing is free. We do not charge agents, take commission on a sale or sit between buyer and seller.
- Your link stays. Every listing links to your own page, so the enquiry and the traffic come to you.
- You stay in control. Send us a feed or a spreadsheet; ask us to remove a listing or your whole feed at any time and it goes in the next daily update.
- Real listings only. Current, priced, with a working https link. Placeholder or stale entries (older than 120 days) are dropped.
How to send listings
- A feed you already publish. Kyero XML (common with agents in Spain, Portugal, Italy, France and Cyprus) or a JSON feed or API from your agency system. Send us the address below.
- A spreadsheet. Download the CSV template. One row per listing. Required: country (two letter code), city, type, price, currency, and the https link to your own listing page. Everything else is optional but helps buyers: district, coordinates, size in square metres, bedrooms, bathrooms, listed date, annual rent and agent name.
- A few listings. Use the form and paste the links; we will set them up for you.
