No guarantees. Our advisory services carry no guarantee of any outcome, return, approval or result.
Risk of loss. Investing in frontier and emerging markets carries significant risk, including the total loss of your investment.

Our private client advisory practice provides research, strategy, sourcing support and introductions. Each engagement is governed by a separate written engagement letter, which controls if it conflicts with these terms. You remain responsible for your own due diligence and decisions, and for obtaining independent legal, tax and financial advice.
4. Data, estimates and sources
Country data comes from public and third-party sources and from our own models. Figures marked "Est." or "modeled" are estimates. Real estate metrics such as yield and price per square metre are calculated from listing data and are not independently verified. Data may be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and may change without notice. Confirm anything material with the original source before relying on it.
5. Subscriptions and access
- Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe. They renew automatically until cancelled.
- To cancel, email advisory@investglobal.io from the address you subscribed with. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Access is currently tied to the browser you used at checkout. If you change device or clear your browser data, email us and we will restore access.

- We may change plans or prices with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
6. Your contributions
When you submit a listing, news item or professional's details, you confirm that it is accurate, that you have the right to share it, and that any professional listed has agreed to be listed. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to review, edit for length and clarity, publish and remove it. We review submissions before publishing but do not verify them independently, and we may decline or remove any submission.
7. Referral relationships
Some real estate listings or professional introductions may involve a referral or commission arrangement between us and the listing party or professional. Where one exists we will disclose it to you before you engage [counsel to review].
8. Acceptable use
Do not scrape or bulk-download the site, circumvent access limits or payment, interfere with the site's operation, submit false or unlawful content, or use the site in breach of sanctions or other laws. We may suspend access for any breach.
9. Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, scores and compilations are owned by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] or its licensors. You may view and use them for your own research. You may not republish, resell or redistribute them without our written permission. Third-party marks and data remain the property of their owners.
